About
Spiritual Mentor/Director, Retreat and Workshop Facilitator, Author
Hello and thank you for visiting! After retiring as a youth and young adult leader in churches, I trained to become a spiritual director. I have now combined this with spiritual mentorship. I live in southwestern Ohio and meet with clients in person, on the phone, or using the Zoom platform. I am also a retreat and workshop facilitator and author of several books along with being a wife, mother, and grandmother. Overarchingly, I am a deeply spiritual person who loves probing questions about life. I hope to always be one who searches, reaches, and learns.

Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is the practice of listening deeply to and journeying with people as they live their ordinary lives while deepening their relationship with the divine. Spiritual mentoring adds more conversation and teaching. We all grow in our own uniquely-lived spirituality, understanding the divine in a way that makes sense to each of us. It is my job to remain open to the many different ways my clients navigate their spiritual lives.

Books
I have loved the art of the written word all of my life. Most of what I've written has been purely for my own enjoyment. However, I knew that a few of my works needed to be shared.
I LV ME
A Spiritual Journey of Healing
This is a memoir not only about me but for me. As I wrote these pages, its words and thoughts taught me more about myself than I could ever have imagined. It follows the spiritual ribbon threaded throughout my life. In a sense my spirituality has grown me up and I believe it will see me through to the end of my days.
This book takes the reader from state to state, home to home, and learning to learning. It deals with divorce, forgiveness, unwed pregnancy, and re-marriage. It zeros in on the deaths of significant family members, among them two children who were two generations apart but died in similar ways. And it follows a question that has haunted me all my life. I finally had my answer on almost my very last day of writing.
While I would be profoundly honored to have you read about my life, it isn’t for this strict purpose that I chose to write this memoir. More important to me is that I offer my readers a chance to see themselves in my work, either as similar to me or opposite. Either way, if my book can stimulate more understanding about my readers’ lives, so much the better.
